Air Force Sergeants Association (AFSA) Chapter 858 is centered in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. The coverage of Chapter 858 extends South into Iowa, East into Wisconsin and West to the Dakotas. The primary Air Force units within the chapter coverage is the 133rd Airlift Wing (ANG), the 342nd Recruiting Squadron and the 934th Airlift Wing (AFRC).
Chapter 858 is under Division 3 which covers Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Division 3 reports to AFSA HQ.
