The Wall That Heals, a brand new, 3/4-scale traveling replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. will be at the Minnesota State Capitol from June 21 – 24, 2018.
The event will be open 24 hours starting Thursday, June 21 at 9 a.m. through Sunday, June 24 at 3 p.m. with designated quiet reflection time from 9 p.m. to 10 a.m.
Huey helicopter display, Mobile Education Center, interactive art exhibits, Minnesota Military Museum exhibit of Vietnam War artifacts, free tours of Minnesota’s Capitol Grounds memorials, veterans’ resource area, story gathering, film screenings & discussions, and taps performed nightly.
There will be a Vietnam Era Aircraft Flyover, Missing Man Formations, and Huey UH-1H Memorial Flyover on Saturday June 23rd at 4:15 p.m. at The Wall That Heals on the State Capitol grounds.
